Just ported over to Digi? Check your status here

UPDATE: Users who have ported in to Digi or ported out of Digi will receive an email containing a link to check the status of the port. Alternatively, users can also contact customer service to check on the status or visit a Digi Store.

Hi, could you please check my port in status, 0129891559, 0129467877, 0193831559.  I still haven’t received any welcome sms from you. Have you resubmit my request? Fyi, this is my 8th attempt requesting resubmit to Port Out from U Mobile to Digi.

Hi rhtworld. The resubmission will take about 2 working days. Kindly wait for the validation SMS from your current operator.  Your reply is case & time-sensitive. Please ensure you respond to the SMS in uppercase within the given timeframe, otherwise your port-in request will be rejected. The process will take about 2 working days. Once your current operator signal has been disconnected, you may change to the Digi SIM card. Thank you.

I haven’t received any SMS  from U mobile regarding this resubmission  yet.  When am l going to receive it?  Received your SIM card on  25 April 2018.

My telco has sent message to me and I have replied YES to confirm. Can I know when should I start switching my sim card? My current sim card still working.

Hi Tan_KN. That is a confirmation message that is sent to your current telco. Your application will be reviewed and should there is no issue, \ your new telco SIM card will be activated anytime, usually within 24~48 hours after that YES SMS. Thank you.

Pls help to check my port in status. 

I got SMS from maxis to port out around 1230pm. I replied Yes. Until now 5pm why maxis line still active. Maxis call me  ask me to call digi submit for port in.

Based on the system, your port in request has been submitted and currently is pending in approval or reject ya. Smiley Happy 

 

Kindly wait at least 2 working days of time for the MNP process to be done.  And please make sure your line is active while we processing the port request ya. 

 

After your current network provider terminated your service, you may start using the Digi sim card.

The process will take about 2 working days (weekend and public holiday not included). Once UMobile signal has been disconnected, you may change to the Digi SIM card ya. Thanks for choosing Digi! 😊
