I've lost my phone/my phone is stolen. How do I block my number/SIM?

There are a few steps you can take if your phone is lost or stolen.

Option 1) Call Customer Helpline at 016 2211 800 or,

Option 2) Log in to MyDigi on your desktop.  Click on "Settings" and then go to "Lost and stolen"

My phone was stolen last 2 days. Im in saudi arabia.  My requesting for blocking my sim card .

My phone number 0124300930.

Im still need that number. Im will go back malaysia n asking for new simcard for same number
