Hello Republic GG users!
Starting 3 February 2021, all reloads via 16-digit PIN method will be discontinued permanently. If you wish to reload your GG credits, you can do so via the Direct Operator Billing method (Pay with Digi) using your RGG account. This is to give you a zero-contact and easy way for you to reload, all in the comfort of your own home.
Ready to get started? Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reload GG points via Pay with Digi:
Step 1:
Login to your RGG account and click on the “+” icon at the top.
Step 2:
You can reload by choosing Direct Reload, and click on "Pay with Digi". Next, choose the amount you wish to reload and hit the "Submit" button.
Step 3:
Once submitted, you'll see a "Thank You" message with a system-generated SMS. Click "OK" and you be directed to an SMS.
Step 4:
Reply to the SMS with "RGGXXXXX" as shown below.
Step 5:
And that's it! The reload amount will reflect in your RGG account once the SMS is successfully sent.
For Direct Operator Billing, you can also reload using your Digi credit balance (Digi user only) and your E-Wallet account (Boost, GrabPay & Touch ‘N Go).
