If you already have a MyDigi account, you can use the same login details to sign up on Digi Community!
Step 1:
Go to community.digi.com.my
Step 2:
Tap on “Register” and key in your mobile number
Step 3:
You will receive a TAC number via SMS for verification. Key in the TAC number and tap on “Proceed”
Step 4:
Once verified, key in your full name as per ID, email, create a password and tap on “Register”.
Step 5:
Success! Now that you’ve registered for Digi Community, you can now create your User ID by creating a Username of your choice.Once done, read the terms & conditions, tick the box to accept it and tap on “Proceed” to complete your sign up process.
*Note: Once you’ve created a username, you will not be able to change it the second time.
Step 6:
That’s it! You’ve successfully created a User ID on Digi Community.
