How To Check and Download your Digi Postpaid Itemised Statement

Hey Digi Postpaid users,

In addition to the ability to view/download monthly bills and Annual Bill Statement, you can now request for a copy of your Itemised Usage for a selected period to be emailed to you!


Here are the steps if you are using your mobile browser.

 

Step 1: Login from https://www.digi.com.my/. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right.

Step 2: Enter your User ID & Password and tap ‘Log In’

Step 3: Enter the TAC that sent to your mobile and tap ‘Proceed’

Step 4: To check your itemized statements, tap ‘View Usage’

Step 5: Tap ‘View Itemised Usage’

Step 6: Select the preferred Itemized Statement period and enter your email address. Then, tap ‘Submit’.

Step 7: Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with a PDF copy of the Itemized Statement.

Step 6: Select the preferred Itemized Statement period and enter your email address. Then, click ‘Submit’.

Step 7: Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with a PDF copy of the Itemized Statement.
