The new and improved MyDigi app is here, so be sure to update or install the latest version hereThis is your ultimate directory on what you can do the MyDigi app!  Find out how you can pay your bills, check balance and more on the app - simply click on the articles below. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All users on the MyDigi app version 8.0 and above must sign up again because your old login will no longer be valid for the new version. This is a new process provided by Digi to ensure a safer account management and stronger security. Existing users using Connect ID will also be required to sign up again. Please note that Connect ID and the new MyDigi app (v8.0 and above) are different logins. Subscribers looking to login to MyDigi via website will still be required to use the old ConnectID login.

Please ensure that you enter the correct password with your new account. You have 5 tries to enter your password before your account is locked. If your account is locked, please call Digi Customer Service at 016-221 1800 for assistance.

The registration process will be done within 24hrs, almussawir. However, we'll always try to expedite the process. If the purchase was done 24hrs ago, kindly bring the SIM pack to the same outlet for further clarification on the registration status. Or, you can walk-in to any Digi Store for further assistance on the registration. Please check the nearest location here, https://goo.gl/I45hAH and filter for Digi Store only. TQ.

Today at 5.20pm i receive a sms  from DigiBOS telling me to redeem FREE Data at http://digi.my/BOS50 or dial *128*88# but couldn't redeem after 10 minutes the sms received


Dial *128*88# also don't have any FREE data.


Is this a scam ?

Currently i have 2 phone numbers (prepaid & postpaid) that add into MyDigi apps. Now my prepaid number was expired and i don't want to use it anymore.

How do i remove this phone number from MyDigi apps?
