If you’re wondering what happens after you buy a SIM or device bundle on the Digi Store online, we’ve got you covered! Here’s what you need to know.
MNP SIM purchase Once you have successfully made your purchase, you will instantly receive an order confirmation slip which includes your order details and transaction number via email.
After you have received the SIM, our system will automatically trigger the port in process. If you are not ported in automatically, you may reach out to our Customer Support to assist you with port in.
You will receive your purchase within a minimum 3 business days after your order has been confirmed (Peninsular Malaysia) or minimum 4 business days after your order has been confirmed (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan).
UPDATE: Due to recent areas declared under PKPDB PKPDB (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketatkan Bersasar), certain areas affected in Malaysia will experience delays in delivery. Click here to check the list of areas affected.
Your consignment note number will be available in the Delivery Details email. You will receive this email 1-2 days after you have made your purchase. You can also track your purchase via the GDex e-tracking page that is also available in the email.

MNP SIM with device purchase Similar to the above, you will instantly receive an order confirmation slip which includes your order details and transaction number via email after your payment is successful.
For purchases with devices, there are two phases of delivery:
Phase 1 You will first receive your SIM and our system will automatically trigger the port in process. If you are not ported in automatically, you may reach out to our Customer Support to assist you with port in.
Phase 2 If port-in is successful, you will receive a notification via SMS and email, and your bundled device will be on its way! If port-in is unsuccessful, you will receive a rejection SMS and email that will require you to check your account status with your current telco operator before the next resubmission.
Do note that there are also two separate consignment note numbers for device bundles: - First consignment note number for SIM (delivery phase 1) - Second consignment note number for your bundled device (delivery phase 2) upon successful port-in.
You will receive your device within 5-14 business days after your mobile number has successfully switched to Digi.
Similarly, you will receive the Delivery Details (that includes your consignment note number) email 1-2 days after you have made your purchase.
