Try this: 

1. Dial *128# 
2. Choose - Digi Rewards & Services 
3. Select Voicemail
4. Choose - More 
5. Password 
6. Reset password

Hi Kahkah31, The voicemail default password is 1234. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to off / reset your voicemail password. Dial *128# and choose Digi Reward and Service > Voicemail > Password > choose the option for Off / Reset Password.
