The default is 1234. If you need help to reset, I think you need to contact Helpline.

I also have a problem with this. And i already figure it out.

1. What you can do is call *128#
2. Choose - My Account
3. Then choose - Account Setting
4. Then - Voicemail
5. Choose - More
6. Then - Password
7. Lastly choose - VMS Password Off

You will receive a msg saying you have successfully deactivated your voicemail.
