Google Play Store Refund

So yesterday i bought an apps using DiGi mobile carrier billing. Bought an apps which cost RM17.99. Then i decided to refund because i think other apps provide better functionality. And so Google already refunded back to me as can be seen in the attachment.

Then later today i decided to buy back the apps that i already refunded, and yes it charges me back RM17.99. Then when i look at DiGi OCS my other bill services, which is mobile services has actually double the amount from initially RM17.99 to RM36.13. So i just want to know in what way will DiGi actually refund back to me? Because Google clearly already refund back to me.
