Digi Phone 365 enjoy Tax Relief

As I know taxpayer can enjoy tax relief for smart phone, tablet as part of life style tax relief. I would like to ask if we subscribe Digi phone freedom 365 for the Note 10 if let say pay RM 229 for the monthly package, so will we be able to enjoy the tax relief for the smart phone? Can we claim in on year 2020 as we still pay installment to digi every month until year 2021?
