Ok, I need a real and honest answer from you. Is the Digi Postpaid 150 Unlimited and Digi Postpaid 100 Unlimited really unlimited or is it capped?  I saw some people saying that the speed is actually capped eventhough you guys said it is a real unlimited plan, but we all know that Digi have been misusing the word "unlimited" for a long time now. So is it really unlimited quota? Or is it  capped and if it is capped, how much is the limit?

If it is capped, I bet you that you will say it is based on your FUP

If it is 500TB then just tell me. If  it is 10000TB, tell me. Any quota at all that is related to Digi Postpaid 150 Unlimited plan, just tell me

Fair usage policy does apply to Infinite 150. It is unlimited, as in the plan allows you to continue to stay connected but at controlled speed after exceeding FUP.

FUP is analysed based on overall usage and also usage pattern, so there isn't a hard rule to state.

I am a very heavy user. Like, really really heavy. So I need to know numbers. What's my activity that will cause the digi 150 to be capped according to your fup?

If you make a far heavier usage than an average person, it is likely you might encounter throttled speeds. If your internet is shared at home among a few users that are also heavy in usage, or downloads 4k video content (or of similar file size) very frequently, it is considered as heavy usage.

If I use 30gb per day every day.....and I literally mean every single day for a month, is it heavy enough to be throttled?

I am unable to give you a hard number for Infinite 150 FUP, but 30GB a day is heavy usage. You may exceed 1TB in a month even.

not an aswer that I was hoping for hahaha but at least you replied. For me, customer service is one of the main factors needed by the customers from telco providers. Yes, you might be unable to help us in everything and sometimes you don't have the answers to all of our problems but at least you replied to your customers saying that you're unable to help. That's all we need, an answer. Whether the answer might satisfy us or not, that's the second priority, but at least we must have an answer from you. Thank you for your replies. Really appreciate it.

Im a new subscriber here. First of all, Um***e is not unlimited for heavy user. Got kicked out by them without notice.Used P99 which is not capped when streaming under 720p..but when you go above that, then the "no capped" begins to kick in..I gave up too because there coverage is too small..only super speed in certain location. I'm lucky enough to have my house near their signal tower and i got blazing speed. When the speed is there, everything in the world you'll try to download. That's normal right?..but than, after downloading around 500gb, i got the message from them saying that my line will be terminated in 14 days because of the so call FUP..i switched to digi and of course i have to pay more, more than the standard fibre service with constant speed up to 100mbps service which is only RM13+.00....Now with digi,im experimenting..Im reaching the so call myth of 1tb quota soon. I'll update the news later. btw love digi and hope the myth is not true

So, here's the update. The 1000gb quota is true "for me" . As of now I've used all of my 1tb. My speed is capped to around 1.0-1.2mbps per download now and hoping that at the end of this month when the quota is refreshed I'll get back the usual speed. There are pros and cons using this service btw, to be truth. Who would suck up 1tb a month if they have other job to do and also wifi in the office. I was struggling too to finished up the 1000gb in a month though, at first yeah it seems like its not enough, but soon you'll reach the limit where there is nothing else to be downloaded. So ill start with the pros:
1. It uses sim card and is portable not like your home fibre
2. Even when your download speed is capped, you can still stream quality HD/HD+ video
3. The hostpot is unlimited
Now for the cons:
1. 1tb a month and thats it ( use it wisely)

So for the conclusion,
I love this plan because of the wide coverage. Only RM150 a month for a portable super high speed connection. Sometimes I get around 12mbps download 5.5-6.0mbps upload speed and it was awesome
.
My advise:
After your speed is capped, just wait for it to be refreshed. DO NOT BYPASS there capped using VPN or you'll get the doomed message because of breaking the FUP. Just play by the rule and everything will be fine.
That's it from me, digi is the best unlimited plan so far.
#If 1 tb is not enough, get a new number with the same plan.
1tb+1tb=RM300 only per month
