Super bad connection

Chosen the most expensive package to get better speed.. however, the line just keep dropping and it's hardly connected throughout the whole day!

Hi Dorathy. Should the issue persists and for further assistance, please submit an official report via your MyDigi app ; Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.

 

The report will be directly sent to our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status within 2~5 days.
