Mobile data getting H+ only

I'm using Alcatel Flash Plus 2 and recently activated my mobile data.

Why is my phone getting H+ only for Digi mobile data but when I use a different Telco it's getting 4G

is the Digi SIM card a new one or old one? reason is coz the older SIM cards are not 4G SIMs.

and just curious, which other telco is it that you were able to get 4G on this phone?

To check whether your SIM card supports 4G, SMS "LTE" to 20000.

Please check if your SIM card supports 4G using the command above your post. 

Then your device must at least support LTE Band 3 and 7.

Also verify your location through Digi's coverage map to know if your location is covered by 4G services: http://new.digi.com.my/services/4g-lte-coverage
