Update: Service maintenance has been successfully completed!
Dear customers, we are constantly upgrading our services in our efforts to serve you better. This early morning exercise is one such case, and we’ll be conducting a service maintenance from 12 – 9am on Thursday, 12 January 2017. The below services will be interrupted, during that period:
- Registration & termination of services and phone lines
- Flexi e-load (purchasing reload with e-vouchers)
- Games, Youtube, Deezer reload (subscriptions for Internet services)
- Digi Store Online
- MyDIgi
- IU subscription and Quota Top Up
- Self-serve via call-ins
 
However, prepaid users be rest-assured, you can still reload your credit by dialing *123# and check your balance via *126#.
