Question: What are the current rates for Super Long Life, and who is eligible for it?

Thanks for the prompt reply & info.

Is it possible to convert my  account (011-51346891) to  Digi New Best v1?

The reason why i  request is that this account registered under my name will be using by my father who are senior citizen (83 years old )  I would like ensure that  i could reach him anytimes although he hardly make a call or he does not know internet surfing. Let me know anyway, appreciated.

Hi Iqbal_s. To change the plan to Digi Prepaid Best, you may dial *128*1*4# select Digi Prepaid Best.

HSLing, below will be the guide on how you can purchase the Super Long Life via MyDigi (app & web).

 

App:

Launch MyDigi app and click menu >> Add-ons >> Validity.

 

Web:

http://goo.gl/qMHyI2 >> Log in with your Connect ID (top, right) >> MyDigi >> Plan Add-on.

 

 

Dial *128# >> My Account >> Talktime Services >> Super Long Life

Hi, Thank for reply. I need the plan that I had done 1 year ago, which is rm 30 s  for a year. I make it in Digi centre and is expired until now. I wasn't able to go back Malaysia, that's y I need your help to guide purchase the new same plan. I tried using  *128# , but it showing super long life plan with rm 1 /day which is too expensive if  I purchase for a year and I am not using digi number when I am abroad. Please help me to get back the plan . TQ

Hi...I am using a postpaid 50 plan right now.. can i convert  the same number to prepaid super long life prepaid plan   rm38 for 365 day plan?

 

I  also have a prepaid supplementary line attach  to this 50 plan , can this prepaid supp line also change to super long life  rm38 for 365 plan ?

Hi taipan22, 

 

Unfortunately, it's not possible to convert to the Digi Best prepaid v1,v2 or v4 as those plans were no longer offered. You can only convert to the available plan which is the Digi Prepaid Best 2017. The plan is eligible to subscribe the Super Long Life 365 validity days and the charges are RM 108. TQ

Hi

 

I recently received an SMS saying that if I top up any amount I would receive 8RM free credit.  I topped up and now have the 8RM free credit which expires in 2 days.

 

If I buy 30 days SLL for 8RM, will this free 8RM credit be used or will payment be taken from the credit I have put onto my prepaid account ?

 

Thanks in advance, and please reply soon as the free credit expires tomorrow...

balance - rm115.40

 

Try activate SLL got message - transfer not allowed. Daily number of talktime transfer exceeded.

Today I try to renew my SUPER LONG LIFE 365, but I only found  RM1 for 1 day  & RM8 for 30days.

cant find 365days for selection?  Please help.

Hi euromax. You may subscribe Super Long Life by dialling *128*1*7*3#. Kindly note that after subscription, you must have at least RM0.01 in your balance (before subscribe, your credit must have approximately RM68.01 or RM108.01. If any less, the service will not appear when you dial the mentioned code). TQ.

Hi, my current plan is Digi Prepaid Best 2016. My expiry date is in 17 Jan 2018.  How do i extend to 365days?

I reload Rm50, it got extended to Feb2018. 

 

Do i need to change plan? If so which plan? On my change plan menu , i only have 2 options "Digi Prepaid Best 2017 P2P" & "Digi Prepaid Live P2P". Currently i have Rm57 account balance.

 

Please advice.
