How do I cancel my Mobile Internet Plan?

Simply dial *116*6# and follow the instruction for subsequent action

I want to unsubscribe 300MB for RM1/daily(prepaid) by dial *116*6# as advised by MyDiGi apps LiveChat. But it appears "Sorry, the service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Thank you." How to unsubscribe by using MyDiGi apps? My credit have been deducted RM1/daily but I didn't activated my mobile data. Please advise me. Many thanks!

Hi Digier,

 

To unsubscribe the internet package, please dial *128# > Internet > My Status > "internet package" > Unsubscribe. Please make sure the mobile data service has turned off before the cancellation done.

Thanks  Digi_MYCHEAH, I just try it, but No >My Status & >"internet package" option. Only got *128#>Internet>Unsubscribe. When I choose "Unsubscribe" - it appears "Sorry, the service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Thank you." Please advise me. Many thanks!

May we know which internet plan that you would like to deactivate? If this issue persists, please PM https://goo.gl/SxGJMl us your mobile number, full name and the last 4 digits of your IC number for further checking.

Thank you so much for the kind attention & concern Digi_MYCHEAH. Today on 2.07pm I have been received sms said "Successfully Activated - Stop_Internet.” from DiGi.

Before this on 29 & 30th August 2017, I 've been purchased an exclusive one-time pass package add-ons 300MB for RM1/daily in MyDigi Apps. Then after the time expired, I got sms that inform me that my add on service was expired. But after that everyday my credit have been deducted RM1 daily till  Sunday 9th Sept 2017.

Now, it have been resolved.  I really appreciate for your kind help. Many thanks!

I dial *116*6# to cancel my data plan, there were no subsequent instruction but just the msg done. Is that it and considered the plan cancelled?
