Q1. Who can subscribe to biGBonus Plans?
A1. All Digi Mobile Prepaid customers are eligible to subscribe to biGBonus Plans.
Q2. How do I purchase biGBonus Plans?
A2. You can purchase biGBonus Plans via MyDigi > Add-ons or by dialing *116*1# and following the steps.
Q3. How do I get the biGBonus 1GB/2GB every day which can be used from 1pm to 7pm?
A3. You will get it automatically once you subscribe to either the biGBonus RM10, biGBonus RM30, biGBonus RM38, biGBonus RM48 or biGBonus RM68 plans (i.e. no redemption required). From 1pm to 7pm, the biGBonus 1GB/2GB quota will be utilised first before the base quota from your biGBonus Plan. The biGBonus quota is refreshed daily throughout your plan validity.
Q4. How do I check the balance of my biGBonus Plan?
A4. You may check the balance via MyDigi, or by dialing *116# and following the steps.
Q5. Can I use the Internet quota from my biGBonus plan when I am roaming abroad?
A5. No. The Internet quota from your biGBonus plan is for domestic use only (i.e. within Malaysia). Mobile Internet usage while roaming abroad on other networks shall be charged as per the respective roaming operator’s rate for Internet access.
Q6. Will my biGBonus plan be renewed automatically at the end of plan validity?
A6. Yes, your plan will be renewed automatically at the end of its validity. You will receive an SMS notification two (2) days before renewal.
Q7. How do I unsubscribe from biGBonus plan?
A7. You can go to MyDigi or by dialing *116# and following the steps to unsubscribe from biGBonus plan.
Q8. I am thinking about terminating my biGBonus plan before it ends. After termination, can I still continue to use the Internet until the end of its validity?
A8. Unfortunately, no, your biGBonus plan will be taken off with immediate effect upon termination.
Q9. Can I still purchase the biGBonus plan if I already have an existing Internet Plan?
A9. Yes, you can. However, your existing Internet plan will be overwritten and any remaining quota from your current internet plan will be forfeited.
Q10. I am an existing customer of biGBonus 48/ biGBonus 68, do I need to re-subscribe to the Internet plan again to get double quota?
A10. No, you do not need to re-subscribe the internet plan. You will be getting 2GB every day for 1-7pm usage automatically effective 6-Feb, as long as your Internet plan is valid.
Q11. I am half way through my biGBonus 48/ biGBonus 68 subscription validity as of 6th Feb, do I need to wait for the next renewal of my Internet plan to get the double quota?
A11. No, you do not need to wait for the next renewal to take place. You will be getting 2GB every day for 1-7pm usage automatically from 6-Feb onwards for the remainder of your subscription validity.
