Q1. Where can I sign up for the new iPhone SE?
A1. You may register at any Digi Stores or Digi Store Online.
Q2. Are there any Easy Payment Plan (EPP) options if I sign up for the phone bundle?
A2. Yes. There are 2 EPP options to choose from – full EPP payment or Device only EPP. Device only EPP is only available at Digi Stores.
Q3. What are the payment options available to sign up for the above device bundle?
A3. Cash or credit card, for Full EPP or Device only EPP. For Device only EPP, there are 2 installment options - 12 months or 24 months.
Q4. Any restrictions if I sign up with credit card?
A4. No restrictions.
Q5. Do I need to pay any upfront payment if I sign up for the Digi Postpaid plan with phone contract? If yes, how is it refunded?
A5. Yes, you need to pay an upfront payment. (refer table as below)
Q6. I’m currently under Digi Smart Plan 50, can I upgrade my plan to the new Digi Postpaid plan and sign up for a device?
A6. Yes, you can if you are not bound to any contract.
