You may visit our Digi Store for further assistance. The Postpaid account termination can only be done at our Digi Store, not including at our Digi Store Express, Digi Specialized Store and dealer outlet. Just bring along your identity card for verification purpose. Thanks.

You can send the request to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach:
1) A copy of a letter requesting for account termination (the letter to be signed by the registered owner).
2) A copy of the registered owner's IC (front and back).
We'll proceed with the termination request within 5 working days. For a faster process, kindly walk-in to the Digi Store as suggested earlier ya.
Please ensure all the outstanding amount (if any) has been cleared and we'll assist the necessary after the documents received.
For an account that still bound with contract, your only option is by walk-in.

Hi, i am currently subscribed under family postpaid plan. and i am not staying in malaysia now, i am keeping the number when need to use it when i am back in malaysia.
i have one sub-line registered under my name, how do i terminate the line? can i email instead? or can i do it online?
i am not able to go to digi centre soon, as i will only be back next year, but the number needs to be terminated soon.

Hi redalma, if you're unable to be physically present at Digi Store, you may send us an email at email@example.com attached with your IC (front & back) and a letter with your signature. Thank you.
