No Internet After Changing Plan (Postpaid)

Hi. Recently my wife changed her postpaid plan (done after the earlier contract finished). Unfortunately she cant get any internet eventhough the mobile data has been turned on. We tried contacted Helpline few times and they sent the settings to be downloaded. After several unsuccessful attempts, Helpline told that the technician team will call within 48 hours, but till now theres no update. Kindly assist to expedite this matter.

Hi there. 

 

Did u tried to slot out your simcard and put back u sim card?

 

it's happend to my husband when i chaged his plan ( husband number is under my name ) . 

 

As i know slot out simcard it's like master restart your network connection. 

 

If done ad, u need to walk in to DC or call careline to check it out.
