Why am i unable to port out from Digi?
Well there are several factors, sometimes it is due to technical issue(s) or even contract obligations. Here's a list of common reasons:- You're still on contract obligation
- Prepaid data plan is still active
- Minimum tenure of 30 days not met
- Account barred
- Account inactive due to zero credits
- Supplementary account still tied to number
- Mismatch of account/user information
- MNP not performed by owner of account
