Activate your SIM card! Here's how.

by whysee SuperUser on ‎06-10-2016 06:02 PM - edited on ‎31-05-2017 05:49 PM by Marshie SuperUser

Firstly, not every SIM card needs a 2-step activation to boot up. You will only need these steps if your current SIM card format doesn’t match up with your new device (eg: moving from a Micro SIM to a Nano SIM). If you find that you are in fact upgrading (good for you!), then keep reading.

Step 1:

Log in to your MyDigi account with Connect ID, click on the Store & Orders tab. Check your purchase details. If everything looks like it’s in order then click on the Activate SIM card button.

Step 2:

Once you have clicked through, complete the process by filling in the last 4 digits at the back of the SIM card, then click Activate, and you’re done.

Hi wani,

We regret to inform that your new SIM pack has not been registered yet, please re-visit the same shop you bought it from to register it. Then only you can start to activate the number.  Do remember to bring along the SIM pack and your IC ya.

Thanks.

Hi Ayalimo, the SIM card has been registered, kindly make your first call, you will be diverted to an IVR, you will need to choose your preferred language and press "1" to activate the service. Thank you.
