Unable to log in MyDiGi app

Hi, I'm a Digi broadband user. I used my billing email address which is the same email I used to log in to the digi site on desktop, and the same password, but I can't log in via the app.

Please help me fix this problem. It has been going on for months. I can't check my broadband usage. It's frustrating.

Kindly provide us a screenshot of the error when you failed to login via MyDigi app.
