I've lost my phone/my phone is stolen. How do I block my number/SIM?

There are a few steps you can take if your phone is lost or stolen.

 

Option 1) Call Customer Helpline at 016 2211 800 or,

 

Option 2) Log in to MyDigi on your desktop.  Click on "Settings" and then go to "Lost and stolen"
