February the 14th is the day for lovers and romance- and while that is nice and all, let me introduce to you GALENTINE’S DAY.
Galentine’s Day was coined by the character Leslie Knope from Parks and Recreation in 2010. Held the day before Valentine’s Day, the celebration focuses on the friendship and support between girls and women. It’s a day for calling up all your girlfriends and showing your appreciation for them.
It’s a super cool excuse to enjoy a full day with your besties and indulge in all the fun girly things. Have brunch, a twin spa session, or matching manicures! Sisters before misters!
