saya lambat bayar 2bulan bill broadband,, jika saya bayar esok.. Adakah boleh digunakan lagi?.. Tolong jelaskan maksud mesej(gambar) di bawah

@muhdirfan, sila jelaskan bil secepat mungkin untuk terus menggunakan akaun anda. Jika pembayaran tertangguh lagi, anda mungkin desenarai-hitamkan.

saya nak tanya , kalau bill postpaid sy tertunggak dalam masa sebulan . adakah ia akan potong line sy ? macam due 15/1 . tapi sy tak bayar lagi . dia akan ambil berapa bulan baru potong line ?

Setiap bill diberi masa 30 hari untuk membuat bayaran jika bill yang tertunggak lebih dari sebulan ia akan menyebabkan akaun anda disekat.

Bil sy masih tertunggak sebulan, dan bil kluar setiap 7hb... Skrg masuk 8hb bil sy dah jdi 2bulan... Agak2 akaun sy akan kena potong tak dan Bila tempoh akhir utk sy jelaskan ye... Sbb sy menunggu gaji 28hb bru dpt selesaikan...
