Update: 30 smartphones to be won with MyDigi!

First month of 2016 and it is awesome! Here’s something for you. We've got 30 Lenovo A369 smartphones to be given away in our MyDigi contest. Wanna win?

Here's our Step-by-Step guide:

  1. Download MyDigi from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store (if you have not already!)
  2. Log in to the Community (or sign up if you are not a member). 
  3. Share with us your “Best Idea”; suggestion on new services by MyDigi, new ideas on essential features you want on MyDigi that helps you/enhances your experience as a Digi customer, by replying in the comment box with this sentence:

"As a Digi customer, I would like to have <insert feature/idea/answer here> in the MyDigi app because <reason>."

As a Digi customer, I would like to get the queue number first when i try visit the digi store or service centre. it abit time wasting when we go over there get a number and queue for few hours.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a simple monitoring via Gps tracking for school kids that tracks kids positioning  in the MyDigi app because nowadays parents are worry about their children safety and also for the following reasons:

 

1. Smart watch is getting more popular as well as kids Gps. Via this watch, parents can track their kids and kids can send SOS during emergency.  If Digi can do this and with good promotion, many parents will have a peace of mind.

 

2. Digi can do it as social responsibility by promoting bundle product ie. Gps watches with prepaid card at ie rm100. With China product, it is very possible and with Digi purchasing in bulk, parents can buy it at a lower price that in lowyat plaza.

 

3. The apps tracking not only help parents but also help young users to embrace the latest technology. Ie colgate start giving free toothpaste to kindergarden, that makes them use Colgate since small and teaching kids the important of dental care. Since young they know and use Digi number, they would be loyal to Digi.

 

To summarize, please have this function around to track for kids and many parents will buy the package at a social responsibility price.

 

As for Digi, this is the segment has not been touch and non of the telco.

 

If digi can offer this apps and a bundle product (like smartphone promo) of GPS watches with prepaid SIM card, this segment of customer will start to use Digi from primary standard 1 and they will hold the number since then and will be loyal to Digi.

 

P/s My friends and i share bought GPS watches from China but sadly, non of the telco offering a package for this segment. Ie prepaid for data plan for Gps tracking with some min call features

 

Think about the size of the market segemtn cos it is completely untouch.

I would like myDigi app to enable users to customise our own Digi Yellowman with various clothings and jewellery etc.. We can then set it as our myDigi profile picture and maybe share to social network! Cat Happy

As a Digi customer, I would like to have Digi Rewards & Monthly offer in the MyDigi app because it will be so easy to see and use where we don't have to open our browser to find it. Digi customer can easily click on the reward or promo that they want and flash the screen to get the benefits. GO DIGI!

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a Digi's twitter newsfeed/latest announcement by Digi and the easy switch plan features in the MyDigi app because it is convenient and easier for the Customer to get their latest information provided by Digi and for the easy switch plan would be save your time without attempting to contact the Digi's Customer Represenative.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have landscape mode for iPad in the MyDigi app because I use the iPad in landscape mode most of the time. Besides, you can add more features in landscape mode. Furthermore, it is not comfortable to type like this on iPad 👇🏻

As a Digi customer, I would like to have SMS feature in the MyDigi app because I use the sim card on my iPad. It would be useful if I can get notified by both app notification and SMS. As everyone knows, iPad cannot be use to send SMS, this is Digi chance to catch up with a few telco that has SMS feature in its app.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have push up notifications and an option to show any new apps Digi has. There is a lot useful apps from Digi and it would be good if you add this feature into it so we are aware of it through the push notifications. For example "Music Free" apps which I only noticed last 2 weeks due to word of mouth. Smiley Wink

As a Digi customer, I would like to have ability to check network problem and maintenance status in the MyDigi app because we can get to know all these problem at any area. So that we can get standby for the upcoming maintenance or upgrade such as buy topup, pay bill and subscribe data plan earlier. I hope Digi will impliment this precious idea for our benefit.

As a digi customer,i would like to have cloud storage in MyDigi app because for customer is very useful..Customer can save any data or any new information in MyDigi app..I think when we can save in cloud storage,if uninstall and install again MyDigi app because something happen,the data is not gone or missing..

As a Digi customer,i would like to have a 4GLTE network searching features in MyDigi app because not all customer lives at town..In village we didnt know if have network 4G or not..Beside some smartphone dont have LTE networK so if MyDigi can have network searching feature for search,i think that can be easy to customer for searching..That can make Digi more special than other..

When I urgent to make call, internet providing services problem and report immediacy on bad coverage area/network.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have privilege promotion/reward notification for Digi user in the MyDigi app because I able to know current special promotion going at the moment for example monthly offers at outlet place, Prepaid Data pack promotion and IDD call promotion. The concept are mostly like samsung galaxy life apps have amazing rewards and trending location of the place.

As a Digi Customer, I would like to have myDigi application with free of charge even I'm out of Internet quota. It's help me to access other digi related information. In this application all kind promotion, updates, news & etc shld e updated. This apps shld allows us to purchase all kind non verification products or services. Example, caller tunes, mobile internet, roaming services, new sim pack n etc. it's also include with digi customer services n helpline details. This apps shld allow to provide push through notification on the rewards, promotion and etc. the apps shld allow to view detailed items billing up to date like sms, call, Internet quota and etc. plan upgrade request option also can be include as a part of marketing for Digi where when the customer like to know more about the new plan or services they can sent request to allow them to get a call frm Digi. Finally, in this apps also can include feedback form where the customer can logged an complain and services issue.

"As a Digi customer, I would like to have a prepaid portal where we can check usage details similar to a postpaid customer in the MyDigi app because it gives a professional looking design that is constant with the Digi brand, without having to use the USSD portal or SMS and this feature should be available even to those wihout data bundle. Free basic internet should be available for all whenever we use the MyDigi app.

As a long time customer Subscriber of DIGI I have  been mistreated all the time.I have one prepaid line and two postpaid lines.Recently in Aug 2017 two outward calls were made and  a credit value was taken.Initially the  staff at DIGI blamed me and my device.I have the entire email thread as evidence.I do not need this hassle and cyberbully from DIGI.

After a huge hue and cry I received the  call charges and the credit.

But what matters is the fact these events  have been going on.,Also I am being told that in the future

if such events happen I will not be compensated.And most of all  no information is given to me.

On another case that I still have not yet reported  a  call from the Middle east comes often to

my line asking for  a bank payment.I can give more instances

where DIGI is not doing enough  to the paying subscribers.

 

Tell me what I should do now?

I am waiting.
