Update: 30 smartphones to be won with MyDigi!

First month of 2016 and it is awesome! Here’s something for you. We've got 30 Lenovo A369 smartphones to be given away in our MyDigi contest. Wanna win?

 

Here's how:

Here's our Step-by-Step guide:

  1. Download MyDigi from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store (if you have not already!)
  2. Log in to the Community (or sign up if you are not a member). 
  3. Share with us your “Best Idea”; suggestion on new services by MyDigi, new ideas on essential features you want on MyDigi that helps you/enhances your experience as a Digi customer, by replying in the comment box with this sentence:

"As a Digi customer, I would like to have <insert feature/idea/answer here> in the MyDigi app because <reason>."

As a Digi customer, I would like to have chat with customer service feature in the MyDigi app because I can conveniently contact DiGi Customer Service whether to seek help or report a problem by chatting with DiGi Customer Service through MyDigi app anytime & anywhere.

As a DiGi customers, i would like to have real time market info in the MyDiGi app. I can rely on the app to do my shopping whenever I visit to new place in town. Especially new shopping malls, places like KL and etc.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have the option to pay my bill using my American Express credit card in the MyDigi app because it is my primary choice of payment Smiley Happy currently I need to travel all the way to the Digi kiosk to do it and it isn't the best option for me Smiley Sad

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a GPRS feature in the MyDigi app because it can direct me to th.e nearest Digi store. 'Every Moment is a Surprise', who knows there'll be promotions and freebies for me to enjoy!

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a 'thumbprint login' feature in the MyDigi app because I always forget my Digi password whenever I want to check my bills online and customize my CallerTunes. With our unique thumbprint, we don't need to click the 'Forget Password' button anymore!

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a 'Personalized Message' feature in the MyDigi app because I often receive missed calls when I'm busy at work or away. This feature will send my voice message to the callers, so they know my whereabouts!

"As a Digi customer, I would like to have Bill restriction or limit that can be set in the MyDigi app because for example principle account is parent who want to monitor children spending on digi direct biling or to avoid having massive biling due to uncontrolled data ."

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a page with stardard template to report network issues, in term of data, voice, sms in the MyDigi app because the app can link to GPS of my phone to tell digi the correct spot of poor coverage, and user also can provide right info to digi for action

As a Digi customer, I would like to have secondary optional password lock to access the MyDiGi app in the MyDigi app because I do not want other person (especially kids) who might be using my phone to be able to access my DiGi account. Why secondary password lock? The Connect password should be as secured as possible but not every one is able to remember it, so login and signing out often may be troublesome. A secondary password lock work to hinder access while providing a much simpler way for user. Make it optional so user has a choice.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have Frequently Asked Question Section About Commom Connectivity Problem in the MyDigi app because It Will Be Easier For Customer Try To Fix Their Own Problem Before Contacting Digi Customer Services If Their Attemp To Fix It Is Failed .

"As a Digi customer, I would like to have An Item Billing for my services in the MyDigi app because I need to keep on track my usage of expenditure on the services I had. This function will allow me to customise the details of my calls, SMSes, Internet usage etc by a smart searching tool even I can print it out. The high of living cost due to GST and blah3, this may help me to manage and monitor my expenses on telco's services."

As a Digi customer, I would like to have exclusive promotion feature solely for the MyDigi app because it will encourage user to download MyDigi app to find out latest promotion which is only exclusive for MyDigi app user and user also can benefit from the promotion.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have auto backup for my sms, mms and whatapps in myDigi app, it provide free space to all the user to backup their data, picture , important sms, schedule. this will help when people lost their phone. but the myDigi app will be get back all the data to the digi customer.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have rewards section in the MyDigi app because other telcos like Maxis & UmobileUmobile already have it. It seems like they appreciate their customers more Smiley Surprised

As a Digi customer, I would like to have landscape feature in the MyDigi app because it looks weird & ugly when you cannot orientate the app into landscape mode on iPad. See below

As a Digi customer, I would like to have free voucher feature in the MyDigi app because i hope to get different voucher in different month when top up certain amount of money as my bonus, for example, free cinema tickets when top up rm50 in the month.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have option to report on bad coverage area/network in the MyDigi app because this would save our time reporting on this matter via digi hotline. The advantage of this option is: 

1. Customer can report immediately probably by just "checking in" the particular area if the network is bad. 

2. Digizens would be able to rectify the issue or at least have an idea the exact areas with bad coverage

3. Digi would have better chance to expand their coverage. 

 

We hear people ranting on the bad coverage most of the time for any network. But no one bothers to report as it is an hassle to call the helpline. By having this option, we can report on this matter easily.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have the 'Get full access with CONNECT' option to be change into something more easier like thumprint, or more simple password in the MyDigi app because it saving my time to connect even when im connected to wifi and people (me😅) always forget the password.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have "Special promotion" section in the MyDigi app because we can get to know all the special promotion going at the momment, like monthly offers,  Prepaid Data pack promo , IDD callls promo,  My music promo and nearby merchant offers. This will help us to identify and utilise our privilage as a Digi user.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have switch phone features in the MyDigi app, then i can use other people phone then switch to my phone to call any friend i register in MyDigi app, because people won't remember friend number, when it urgent, it allow we use other people phone to temporarly switch as my phone, then it won't use other people credit, then i still can call my friend and family if urgent.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a Digi daily/monthly or weekly promotions of Internet plans, call plans or gadgets in the MyDigi app because it's can make lots of Digi's users to install My Digi apps in order to enjoy the promotions and can always update any promotions offered by Digi that limited only through My Digi apps besides it's friendly UI and easy to use.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have cashless features in the MyDigi app because if I go anywhere of cafe (Starbucks) or shopping centre, by showing the amount, it will be automatically deduct on my cashless balance using my mobile number. This will be easier to move around as we bring our smartphone in our daily life.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have internet speed test option in  MyDigi app because customers can immediately test their network and report to digi immediately on the location  if the connection is slow.This will help digi to identify network issues on that particular area and troubleshoot to gain loyalty

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a friends and family editor feature here in MyDigi app because it would be easier for us to add a new number as our friends and family list and it also would be easier for us to delete the old number that our friends and family might not use anymore.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a link for itemised statement in the MyDigi App because it will make easier for me to check the usage of my handphone. I would also like to have Special Promotions link in the MyDigi App because I will be able check the promotions as in the Digi website with the notification service added. Thank you Digi for the excellence service. I am a loyal Digi customer since 2002.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have compile all the apps such as MF and so on, otherwise add a news session in the MyDigi app because as us the costumers, we will easier to know the new update, techicals problem, servers problem and so on and it will help us (Customers). Last but not least, please improve and fix the errors and bugs on the apps. *p/s I like the old OCS XD. Thanks DiGi!

As a Digi customer, I would like to have a feature of data transfer or advance (just like current talk time transfer) from digi or non digi user here> in the MyDigi app because user may run out of quota for data, but yet to have time to top up or buying add on plans from digi. We don't mind paying small service charges, but this will be easy for user, digi also can make money.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have another app program in My Digi app because for more savings of internet data and internal memory also protected some app from secretly 'continues running in the background' like any others app. MyDigi just need to upgrade and adding the most important programs, such as DiGi Clean Master, Digi Battery Saver, Digi Antivirus, Digi Cloud (SMS, Contact, Photos and others backup), Digi Customer Messenger (for any reports and network problems) and most importantly Digi Fast Browser (to surf the internet with more savings data). My suggestion will make MyDigi almost thinking forward then others Telco.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have DiGi network coversge map in the MyDigi app because it can specifically track users location and tell users their digi coverage on the spot without checking/ complain digi. Adding a "request" button to enable user to request to have coverage on the location too is a plus to it.

As a Digi customer, I would like to have option to check the latest status of complaints lodged with customers service,especially by way of call to cs in the MyDigi app because I can keep track the issues, without callin cs again, no need to afraid if I miss digi call, or even digi never sms or revert the issues.
