how to know what internet plan i'm using?

Please dial *200*1# and the menu will show what internet package that you currently subscribed to :-)

Saya pengguna baru untuk digi ni..lpas beli sim kad digi..masuk dlm hp..setting semua dh settle..lpas tu connect ke internet..satu benda yg aku pelik ttang digi ni..kat hp aku terang lagi bersuluh kata"H+" tapi bila browse internet.stream youtube(MASIH LGI H+) tiba2 jadi perlahan sgt mcm siput..saya sudah tebus penggunaan internet percuma 300mb..lpas habis guna,sya melanggan pelan internet 600mb seminggu..line masih H+ tapi masalah yg sama masih berlaku..ia mcm H+ tpi sebenarnya G...kenapa slow sgt!!  Paling aku benci bila nk download sesuatu..SANGAT SLOW MACAM SIPUT KURANG LENDIR UTK BERGERAK... tlg betulkan masalah ini!!!!

hi there, im trying to subscribe to postpaid rm80 plan (port-in) but failed for 1st time checkout (unsuccessful payment). Then a moment later i hv submitted again and when reached checkout, it appeared double total due rm168+ (i.e. rm84+rm84).

how come this happened? how can i go back to my previous order to proceed checkout without redundancy?

please assist

This is digi helpline number..0162211800..the problem is when i called this number to complaint about the slowness of digi line,it was in chinese language...how to change the language le?
