Saya pengguna baru untuk digi ni..lpas beli sim kad digi..masuk dlm hp..setting semua dh settle..lpas tu connect ke internet..satu benda yg aku pelik ttang digi ni..kat hp aku terang lagi bersuluh kata"H+" tapi bila browse internet.stream youtube(MASIH LGI H+) tiba2 jadi perlahan sgt mcm siput..saya sudah tebus penggunaan internet percuma 300mb..lpas habis guna,sya melanggan pelan internet 600mb seminggu..line masih H+ tapi masalah yg sama masih berlaku..ia mcm H+ tpi sebenarnya G...kenapa slow sgt!!  Paling aku benci bila nk download sesuatu..SANGAT SLOW MACAM SIPUT KURANG LENDIR UTK BERGERAK... tlg betulkan masalah ini!!!!

hi there, im trying to subscribe to postpaid rm80 plan (port-in) but failed for 1st time checkout (unsuccessful payment). Then a moment later i hv submitted again and when reached checkout, it appeared double total due rm168+ (i.e. rm84+rm84).

how come this happened? how can i go back to my previous order to proceed checkout without redundancy?

please assist

hi CaptainStrike19..kemungkinan besar awak kena tengok setting hp awak..hp awak support 4g tak?kalau support..awak kena tengok awak punya setting..takut setting yang problem..cuba awak bukak settings>mobile network>network mode..kalau kat network mode awak pilih 3g/2g..awak cube tukar kan kepada LTE/3g/2g (auto connect)..then restart hp skejap..selamat mencuba..

Hi guys I need some suggestions here. My previous bills of digi is 357rm and  just now a lawyer call me to pay lamsum of that total.but I can pay 100 per week. Is it got any effect if I pay like this? Cause a lawyer company ask me to pay lamsum before tomorrow if not my name  will blacklist and must go to court some more.please please I need a suggestion 😂

I'm half way port in to DIGI from the blues. Already confirmed receive my DG sim card. But problem is I notice typo error on my names in DG acc. So anyway I can correct the typo error?

Hello Digi,

I am a digi user since early 2016, changed to postpaid (110 plan) since december 2016, currently considering buying a samsung galaxy note 8 from digi phone plan. so my question is,

1. do i have to pay upfront payment since I've read somewhere saying if I'm an existing user I dont have to pay upfront?

2. how much do i have to pay every month of i take the note 8 + digi 138 plan?

3. how do I pay my monthly bills if i take the phone plan, via online banking or credit card only?

Hi Yanze,

 

1. do i have to pay upfront payment since I've read somewhere saying if I'm an existing user I dont have to pay upfront?

-For our loyal customer who using the Digi Postpaid line more than 1 year and above, can be waived for the advance payment. Meaning that you just need to pay the device price + GST.

This offer is only applicable to the Digi Postpaid 138 plan and must tie to 24 months contract with Digi.


2. how much do i have to pay every month of i take the note 8 + digi 138 plan?

-For customer who below 12 months tenure in Digi, you need to pay for the device price RM2,468 + device advance payment RM920 + GST. You can pay by cash or credit/debit card.

 

The advance payment of RM920 will take 24 months to rebate into your bills (RM920/ 24months = RM38.33 per month). Which is your monthly payment to Digi is only RM99.67(RM138-RM38.33).


3. how do I pay my monthly bills if i take the phone plan, via online banking or credit card only?

-You can make the payment via JomPAY, MyDigi app or directly walk-in to our nearest Digi Store.

Our biller code for the JomPAY is 1016 and Ref-1: [Your Digi account number]. Payment via JomPAY, MyDigi or at our Digi Store will be updated to your account within 2 hours time upon payment successful.
