Hi fitrirosli, first of all your mainline must be using one of our latest postpaid plan. Suppline must have an active internet plan and shouldn't have prepaid suppline in your family group.

 

Then, you can request from us to activate that internet sharing package at RM10 monthly fee.

Dear Digi, I just got a SMS from Digi stating that I had subscribed to some scam and before I can react, I got a SMS costing me RM4. I had not subscribe to anything or sent any messages to subscribe anything and yet the message pops up from Digi randomly, later costing RM4 for a message from 32266. Obviously, I unsubscribed as fast as possible but I wonder if my money can be refunded?

Hi. Saya cuba nak login app mydigi, tapi dia kata number saya dah terminated. Kenapa jadi macam tu ? tapi masih boleh guna untuk buka internet/call/sms. Cuma tak boleh nak login
my digi. Mcm mana nak redeem internet free 1gb sebulan kalau tak boleh nak login mydigi 😭. TolongIMG_5001.PNG
