A1: The offer is open to all Digi customers residing in Malaysia except: Prepaid Broadband internet plan subscriber that are not under the Digi Home Broadband plan Permanent, contract and temporary employees of Digi; and Enterprise and corporate individual customers under Digi Postpaid for Business.
Q2: Who can receive the voucher? A2: Any eligible user (please see A1) that collects 5 badges by performing a min. RM15 reload for others via Digi Share in the MyDigi app for 5 times will be granted one (1) voucher.
Q3: Can I receive more than 1 voucher? A3: Yes you can. You will receive 1 voucher for every 5 badges you collect.
Q4: Will I receive a badge if I reload for others using PIN method? A4: No you will not, you will only receive a badge if you reload for others using Online method.
Q5: How do I know how many badges I currently have? A5: To view your badges, click on Menu icon > MyDigi Rewards > MyBadges.
Q6: Where can I find my myNews.com voucher? A6: From the usage screen, click on Menu icon > MyDigi Rewards > MyRewards.
Q7: I received an error message after collecting 5 badges, what does it mean and how can I receive my voucher? A7: This error message occurs when MyDigi is unable to automatically grant your voucher. To redeem it, click on Menu icon > MyDigi Rewards > MyBadges > click on Present icon under Digi Share Reload Badges.
Q8: Who will receive the free credit from reloading? A8: Only the person on the receiving end of the reload will receive the free credit that is proportionate to the reload amount.
Q9: Where can I get the new MyDigi app? A9: You can get the app by searching for MyDigi in PlayStore or AppStore.
Q10: If I am on the old MyDigi app, can I participate in this campaign? A10: No, you will need to download the latest MyDigi app (v5.1.1 and above).
Q11: Why am I experiencing issues loading the MyDigi app? A11: Please ensure that you are on iOS 9 and newer or Android 4.1 and up for optimal experience with MyDigi.
