Hi Digi! 

How long will it take to port in from Webe to Digi?  

Payment is made at Batu pahat Digi store, and sim card given but still haven't activate yet, plus my Webe is still active. Received message from Webe asking for confirmation yes or no, then, replied.  And they replied too after that, but till now nothing else already...

Plus, the website to check port in status is under maintenance? 🤔

Hi louismuruu, your port in request is under process, usually the process will takes 2 working days to be done. When you received sms regarding the termination of Webe service, you may start using the Digi sim card. Thank you.

Upon checking, the port-in request status is in the progress. Kindly wait for the validation SMS from your current operator. The process will take about 2 working days (weekend and public holiday not included). Once Maxis signal has been disconnected, you may change to the Digi SIM card ya. :-)

Sorry to inform that the port-in request has been rejected by Maxis. :-( The reason was given by your telco as per below; SP51 Non-fulfillment of contract obligation. :-( Kindly contact Maxis directly for further clarification and once the issue has been straightened out, you can PM us and we will try to re-submit the request for you ya.

am webe subscriber. i want to port-out 3 lines (in 1 acc) from webe to  Digi. is it possible to take prepaid plan? please advise which plan is good. do your charge upon registration?

 

hmmm tak ada live chat ke? easier i suppose

sidasan, yes it's possible as long as all the 3 lines (in WEBE) port out on the same time.

 

Porting into Digi is FOC. We have two plans for Prepaid now and u can do the comparison here - http://new.digi.com.my/prepaid-plans
